  • This is our VBAC Preparation session! This session is designed to make you feel empowered, supported, and ready to take on this incredible experience. Offered virtually and in person. Here’s what we’ll do together:

    Explore Your Birth Goals - We’ll chat about your hopes and dreams for your upcoming birth, ensuring your intention are front and center.

    Process Past Births - We’ll take the time to reflect on and process your previous birth experiences

    Tailor My Support - We’ll pinpoint where you need the most support and what you want to achieve. We’ll figure out how I can best assist you on this journey, making sure you feel truly backed every step of the way.

    Create a Birth Plan - We’ll create a birth plan that aligns with your vision. This will also take you through all your options.

    Optional Fear Release Ceremony - If you wish, we’ll include a special ceremony to release any fears or anxieties.

    AND as a special bonus, you’ll receive printed VBAC Affirmation cards to keep you inspired and motivated.

  • Ready for dedicated, compassionate support throughout your VBAC journey? Our VBAC Birth Support service offers everything included in the VBAC Preparation Session, plus so much more. Here’s how we’ll be with you every step of the way:

    Ongoing Communication

    Enjoy phone, text, and email support throughout your pregnancy for any questions or concerns.

    Labor Prep Sessions

    Two sessions designed to boost your confidence and readiness for birth.

    On-Call Support

    From 38 weeks onward, we’re available day or night to assist you. Backup Doula support included: I am a member of The Collaborative Doula Collective. The Collective is a group of 20+ Doula working together to learn, grow and collaborate while providing personalized and compassionate care to families on their journey through pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

    Full Birth Attendance

    Experience continuous emotional, physical, and informational support during labor. We provide comfort measures, encouragement, and advocacy, creating a calm, nurturing environment.

    Birth Partner Support

    We work as a team with your birth partner, ensuring they feel empowered and confident to provide the best support possible.

    Immediate Postpartum Support

    Continued assistance during the first few hours post-birth, ensuring you and your baby are comfortably snuggled up.

    Postpartum Visit

    In the days following birth, we’ll visit to provide emotional support, answer any questions, and assist with your transition into early postpartum life.

    With this comprehensive support package, you can feel assured, supported, and confident as you prepare to welcome your new bundle of joy. Let’s make your VBAC experience as smooth and empowering as possible!
